The Holy Quest Expansion Pack is the perfect way to take your game to the next level. This powerful addition to the base game introduces 16 new saints, each represented by a new saint card and a new pawn. This doubles the number of saints in the game, providing a wide range of new characters and options for your gameplay.
The purpose of the saint cards is twofold. Depending on the game mode, these cards can be used to increase your score. However, in trivia mode, players must answer questions about the saints based on the card's information. Each card includes basic details such as the saint's dates of birth and death, patronage, alternate names, and a short biography. Answering these questions correctly helps a player advance in the game, and with more saint cards, the trivia becomes more challenging and educational.
By adding this expansion, you will have more choices than ever when selecting your saints. Each of the four religious orders will now feature eight saints, allowing players to choose any four from their order each time they play. This greatly enhances the replayability of the game, as you can create a different combination of saints for every session. The Expansion Pack is a great way to deepen your experience with The Holy Quest and is included as a free bonus in every Limited Edition game.
