Our Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment upon request. Because third-party payment processors retain non-refundable payment processing fees on all transactions, buyer-requested cancellations are subject to a small processing fee deducted from your refund:

  • Domestic Orders (US): Subject to a 4% processing fee.
  • International Orders: Subject to a 6% processing fee to cover international cross-border processing surcharges.

Note: If an order is canceled by our store due to out-of-stock items or fulfillment issues, a 100% full refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy (Post-Delivery)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item after it has been delivered, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the verified delivery date.
  • Item Condition (Factory Sealed): Games must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged factory shrink wrap. We cannot accept returns on opened or unwrapped games.
  • Restocking Fee: Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and merchant costs.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Items Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or carrier claim, you must provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the original exterior shipping box. Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery or damage resulting from improper handling after receipt cannot be accepted for return or refund.

4. Store Credit Alternative (100% Value)

If you prefer not to lose any money to processing or restocking fees on cancellations or qualifying returns, we offer a 100% Store Credit alternative!

You may request your refund in full as a digital store credit. Visit our Etsy Storefront to browse our available items. If you choose this option, we will issue you a custom single-use coupon code for 100% of your order value to apply toward your next purchase on Etsy.
